Providing an atmosphere of healthy living is a priority for us at Hill Street Place.
You may choose to exercise and stay active in our Fitness room or attend one of our Exercise Classes customized specifically for adults.
Do to COVID-19 all exercise classes have been cancelled. We usually offer Chair Yoga and SAIL (Stay Alive & Independent for Life) once a week. Twice a week we offer Stretchercize and Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance. We also have a Wellness Trainer that comes to Hill Street Place to work with you too!
