24 Hour Emergency Response Service

Peace of mind and security comes with knowing that we have a 24 hour Emergency Response System. There are pull cords located in the bedroom, living room and bathrooms in every apartment.  

Weekly Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping in the kitchen and bathroom is one of many services included in your rent.  Additionally for a nominal fee we have full time housekeeping available to help with other chores like dusting, vacuuming, laundry or linens.

Beauty & Barber Shop

Our in house Beauty & Barber shop adds to the convenient lifestyle here at Hill Street Place.  You can pamper yourself with a haircut, or set without leaving the comfort of your home! Moreover Gift Certificates are available and make wonderful presents.

Free Parking

Free onsite parking is available to all tenants. We also have garages available with electric door openers for an additional fee.

Guestroom

Here at Hill Street we also have a Guest room available for overnight guests. This room is available to our tenants and their families.   Just call the office to check availability.
