You may choose to exercise and stay active in our Fitness room or attend one of our Exercise Classes customized specifically for adults.
Do to COVID-19 all exercise classes have been cancelled. We usually offer Chair Yoga and SAIL (Stay Alive & Independent for Life) once a week. Twice a week we offer Stretchercize and Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance. We also have a Wellness Trainer that comes to Hill Street Place to work with you too!View the Activities Calendar
