There are a number of different health services available here at Hill Street Place Congregate Housing.
For instance Avera offers lab service and Nurse Practitioner Rounding. For your convenience they come right to your apartment.
Morning Side Heights Long Term Care Center is just down the hall. We are also conveniently connected to the main campus of Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center with access to all of the services that they provide. These include Diagnostic Services, Dialysis, Southwest Ophthalmology, and Big Stone Therapy. We also have access to Avera’s Courtyard Café and the Avera Gift Shop.
Hill Street Place Congregate Housing offers a number of clinics available right in our building. These include a monthly Blood Pressure Clinic and a Foot Clinic provided by Stepping Stone Home Health. We also offer a monthly NuEar Hearing Aid Clinic. There is a Walker and Wheelchair Clinic available through Big Stone Therapy. Need additional home or personal care services? These services are available as well and can be arranged from a variety of home healthcare agencies and professionals.
